What to Expect: Your experience starts with a relaxing double cleanse of the face and décolleté, followed by a detailed skin analysis. We then perform a customized enzymatic or light chemical peel, selected specifically for your skin type and goals. This step gently exfoliates, smooths texture, improves tone, and enhances hydration—without excessive irritation or downtime. If needed, careful extractions are performed to clear congestion and refine pores. A rejuvenating facial massage follows—designed to stimulate circulation, support lymphatic drainage, relieve tension, and enhance your natural glow. You’ll also enjoy a relaxing décolleté, shoulder, and arm massage for a full experience. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please, contact us at least 24hours in advance. If you do not reschedule before 24 hours or no-show your appointment, we will charge 100% of the service amount for a missed or no-showed appointment. Late Policy : If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we will accommodate you. New Clients : If you have an active cold sore, you will need to reschedule until healed. If you are on any antibiotics for your skin, you NEED to discontinue using for two weeks before facial (i.e., Differin, Retin A, Clindamycin, etc.) If you are under 18, you must be accommodated by your legal guardian—no tanning or sun exposure before or after your appointment. Please let your esthetician know if you have any major health concerns. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we require you to have a doctor's note and approval for treatment. We ask you to reschedule or cancel at least 24hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
